If you start with a solution that is 13.379 ng/ul how much of that solution and solvent must be combined to make 20 ul of 1.75 ng/ul solution?

    C1 * V1 = C2 * V2

    13.379 * V1 = 1.75 * 20

    V1 = 1.75 * 20 / 13.379 = 2.62 μL.

    Thus, you need 2.62 μL of the 13.379 ng/μL solution and add

    20 - 2.62 = 17.38 μL of solvent to make it up to 20 μL.
