Children's Horror Book?

Trying to find this book I read as a kid. It would have been from the 80's or 90's. It was about a family of kids who pulled pranks on their babysitters/nannies until they got a babysitter who they went to far with (I think they killed her or almost killed her). It was a horror story and I remember the babysitter ended up giving the kids jelly donuts with a dead rodent inside.
