How do I tell a friend that I like her?
I have been friends with this girl for a little over 7 years but in the past year I have started to develop feelings for her. I thought that they would just go away with time but they have only gotten stronger. I really want to tell her how I feel but I don't know how to go about it. I don't want to pressure her it to anything and I would like to keep her as a friend at least.
The situation also feels kinda complicated because she currently has 2 other guys vying for her attention both of whom she has dated. She also recently moved an hour away for a new job.
(I don't know if the last 2 things matter or if I'm just in my head too much)
What do I say to tell her how I feel with out putting pressure on her?

Well... it seems like you've got a problem on your hands. Don't worry about the other guys. If she has already dated them, she shouldn't go back to them. And believe me it's not all in your head. Girls have the same thoughts. You should slowly get closer to her. First maybe invite some friends out with her to go to a movie or out to eat. Then have some of those friends not come. Eventually it will just be you two. She will feel comfortable because she has done this before with you in the crowd. Talk to her.
