Serious question... why is my anus bleeding?

Every now and then.. I will wipe... and there will be blood on the toilet paper (not like red... but more of a.. redish orange... like there is barley any but enough to be a problem)

I notice slight pain in the opening on my anus.. I am a 14 year old female.. virgin.. everything is normal is me.. could this be some small rip in the opening of my anus? Nothing too serious? Is it possible for it to be infected (on the count of the feces) please... help...

    Yes you can get small tears if you have been constipated or straining to move your bowels. It could also be hemorrhoids
