    Wrong sub-section, this is chemistry you want biology.

    Anyway I know this one:

    1.Substrate concentration - The higher concentration the quicker the reaction

    2. pH - specialised enzymes have an optimal pH at which they work at- it varies ie. enzyme in your stomach work best around 1pH (stomach acid)

    3. Temperature - much like pH, enzymes also have an optimal temperature at which they work at. i.e. In the body, enzyme reaction rates slows closer to 0oC are best (fastest) around 40oC and stop at around 70oC. At higher temperatures the enzymes actually start breaking down - 'thats bad'.
