byrd was the one thing most fighters hate a slippery southpaw he took his middle weight speed up to heavy weight and he was very hard to hit . while not a big puncher he could make anyone look bad .

well he was a smaller heavy weight who made the big guys look sluggish.not that they would loose against him but they would not look good in winning.chrish byrd had an awkward style.
