Romney's "plan" is voodoo economics?

Romney says he will put in several extremely expensive policies (eg. tax cuts across the board) without raising the deficit. When asked how he will do this in the debate, he just said that his numbers must add up because he ran a business once and that Americans just have to trust him.

Could his "plan" be considered an example of voodoo economics?

Update:

@Rocky - right... that's why Massachusetts was almost dead last in the country in job creation after he finished his time as governor.

    It is bait and switch.

He offers what he thinks is a plausible scenario during the campaign, then goes off in a totally different direction if elected.

    Classic Republicanism.

While Bush was running... he was preaching the evils of "nation building". But we all know now that the Iraq war was already on the drawing table.

Romney's policies are the same supply side economics Bush had, which is basically give money to the rich to buy cheap supplies in China, India and Indonesia and that supply will keep prices low and therefore generate demand. The problems with that are obvious...

    Oh really?

Meanwhile, Obama's own minions can't even articulate what Obama's "plan" means:
