How do I tell a friend that I like her?

I have been friends with this girl for a little over 7 years but in the past year I have started to develop feelings for her. I thought that they would just go away with time but they have only gotten stronger. I really want to tell her how I feel but I don't know how to go about it. I don't want to pressure her it to anything and I would like to keep her as a friend at least.

The situation also feels kinda complicated because she currently has 2 other guys vying for her attention both of whom she has dated. She also recently moved an hour away for a new job.

(I don't know if the last 2 things matter or if I'm just in my head too much)

What do I say to tell her how I feel with out putting pressure on her?

How do I keep her as a friend if she doesn't feel the same or if things don't work out?
