Why should we use toll free number?

I am planning to get toll free number for my corporate office. Can you give me more insight to it?

    If your customers don't have money in their mobile, still they can call you. Imagine a emergency scene and you don't have enough balance in your mobile, bt in case of Toll Free number customers can easily access your services.

    It is usually perceived that a company having a toll free number is more customer friendly. toll free numbers are a great way to attract more customers. As the caller do not get charged, even the reluctant customers do not hesitate about the call cost. Also a toll free number imparts a more professional image to the company using it. I also own a small business and bought a toll free number from The Real PBX for my US based clients, it helped me get a lot leads.

    Customers don't get charged when they call in your support number. This way, you can help your customers solve their issues over the phone, without the customer worrying about their phone bill.
