My Blackberry's Stopped Working?

I went to check my phone this morning, and it wouldnt light up, so assumed it needed charged, put it on charge and it lit up as it normally does, so it wasnt out of battery, but i clicked on the keyboard and then the scroller and nothings happening theyre not working, anyone know how to fix this please!!???

    try a hard reboot, remove battery with phone still on, leave it out for a few minutes then replace.
