How do I turn the YouTube app back on on my iPhone?

Everytime I update my phone, the YouTube app seems to disapear for some reason and it wont let me download it in the app store. I figured out how to turn it back on once, but I cant seem to figure it out again... Does anyone else have this problem? Any help would be great.. Thanks

    Apple removed the YouTube App...

    The only way to get it back is go to YouTube.com in safari >Click on middle button > Add to Home Screen.

    if you go to youtube.com in safari, it has a button to download i think
