I need a diet that follows these guidelines?
I need a diet for me, that follows these guidelines.
First off I'm 17, 5'9", and 165lbs.
I need to have 5 meals a day with which each one I'm getting approximately:
5-10 g of Fats
30-50 g of Protein
50-75 g of Carbs
I need an idea of what meals like this would be, and if you have any suggestions or better plans let me know.

These guidelines have a focus of macronutrients: fats, proteins, carb. You could achieve these low levels using an extremely healthy whole plant based diet consisting of the following foods:
+ Omega-3 fats: One tablespoon of ground flax seed, some almonds, some walnuts
+ Protein:
---Dark leafy greens (kale, collards, chard),
---Whole grains (brown rice, quinoa), and
---Legumes (beans, lentils, peas)
+ Complex Carbohydrates:
---Vegetables (carrots, beats, sweet potatoes)
You also need to be concerned about the micronutrients: vitamins, minerals, and phytochemicals. Supplements and commercially processed foods seem to be deficient in many of these micronutrients. Fresh whole plant based sources of micronutrients is the only way to get a balance of everything.
Vitamins, Minerals, phytochemicals:
--- Fruits (oranges, mangoes, bananas, berries, and so on)
--- Dark leafy greens for calcium and iron
--- Some source of B12 such as supplement or small quantity of animal based food
--- 10-30 minutes of sun for Vitamin D

a million. i do not even contact fried ingredients, or any junk ingredients. 2. that is truly all I eat. clean greens and end result. 3. sure, i recognize. See above. 4. i do not drink soda. Water is what I drink for the most area. 5. i do not drink in extra 6. Ewww, no thanks. I drink almond milk or soy milk. a lot more desirable for you than cow's milk. 7. No. i do not eat any meat. 8. i take advantage of Earth stability. 9. i take advantage of sea salt 10.I eat about 6 small nutrients an afternoon.
