Am I fat or just chubby?

Been gaining some extra weight lately... :( I'm 170cms and weight 86kg. Would you call me fat?

That actually isn't a "fine weight" for your height, but it doesn't mean you're fat. It depends on where and how you're carrying the weight as to what it would look like. Some people don't look as heavy as they are, and some do. But to be healthy you could stand to lose some.

If you want to lose just the minimum to get into what would be a healthy weight (doctor recommendation) you need to lose at least 14 kg. That is, if you are an adult. If not, you may need to lose more to be in the healthy range. For adults your height that range is 55 - 72 kgs.

I don't think anyone should judge you for that little information... Besides, it won't help you will it? I'd focus on losing weight no matter if you're fat or chubby (unless you're fine with your weight of course).

And if you REALLY want to know which one you are, use the index (depends on your country etc. but I'm sure you'll be able to find it with google).
