If you are coming from NY Penn Station or from the other direction (Newark and points south), when you get to Secaucus Junction, go upstairs and then downstairs to the lower level platforms (follow the signs that say "To MeadowLands" (tracks G & H)

If you are coming from upstate NY or NJ (Port Jervis Line, Main/Bergen County Line or Pascack Valley Line or from Hoboken, when you get off at Secaucus Junction you'll already be on the lower level - just go over to tracks G & H.
