1991 3/4 ton Chevy symptom?

Getting a vibration when accelerating in all gears between 2000 and 3000 RPM. It goes away when I let off the gas. Seems to be coming from the rear end, but I'm not an expert. Any help will be appreciated. 4X4

Update:

The u joint at the end of the drive shaft? Flexing? Inside the cradle at the opposing end of differential yolk? Well, you never know who you are talking to. Maybe coming from the out put of the transmission?

Update 2:

With answers like these, maybe I should consider myself an expert.
