My colleague borrowed Rs 40000/- from me three months ago, now he is refusing to return?

When he told me that he will not return me I am very much disturbed.

Almost every day I happen to see him. I also curse in my mind. How ever I am not able to do any thing. What to do? Unfortunately I don't have any proofs also. Does God will punish him?

well u have to be very smart with this guy don't fight with him get two witnesses and tape him ask him when are you paying me the money and influence to discuss the money borrowed from you and please ask him even if he pay you a RS 100 that is fine and make a receipt and put the balance of RS4900 to be payable on demand and if you get that in writing and you both sign and that become a contact that he does owe you the money and then you demand the whole amount of money the next week or sue him for the out standing money with cost providing you can get a commitment even asking him to pay a rupee in my opinion you have to be very diplomatic with this guy and get him in to a contract that he owe you the Monies.I hope this will help Rather try and fail then not trying at all.

Wait, a jiffy in the past, it became into $380. won't be able to make up your strategies? you could take him to small claims courtroom, in case you have any documentation of the non-public loan. If no longer? you basically paid $750 to in no way would desire to talk to that guy returned. Or $380.

You might want to find a few people to help you collect that debt.
