Do ghosts exists in real or is it just in my mind? (Please read my story.?

I don't think it's all in your head. I do believe in ghost and had experiences, and people told me they had experiences that aren't explainable. I do sometimes believe it can be all psychological, like when you read or watch something scary, you'll start hearing/seeing things. I think the same thing happens to people who use the Ouija board. They use it, remember that it's "wrong" and has bad stories surrounding it, then think every noise or shadow is because they board.

Anyways, ghost can stay in rooms they may have died in, or spent most of their times in while living. It's said that ghost just go where they were the happiest when they were alive. Some people say they don't even know they're dead, so we see and hear glimpses of them doing their daily routine like they were living. Don't be afraid though! If there is no harm, then they probably don't mind you being around.

If ghosts exist, nobody has been able to show sufficient evidence for it under scientific conditions. If they had, they'd have won a million dollars: http://skepdic.com/randi.html and probably the Nobel Prize, too. They would be household names, renowned amongst the world's top scientists alongside Einstein and Hawking.

When I was your age I also had experiences like that, but as I gained life experience, I found natural explanations for all of them. On a few occasions I swore I felt someone/something poke my body very hard as I was drifting off to sleep, but I came to learn it was really just a localized muscle spasm. Sometimes weird things happen, but that is because we live in (and are ourselves part of) a very complicated natural world and it is always moving in tiny, unpredictable ways.

I don't really believe in ghosts but I do believe in evil spirits, and I believe that there are people who are more susceptible to "hauntings" or paranormal stuff like that happening. I don't think it in your head, I've had that feeling too, of waking up and feeling like someone was sitting on your chest restricting your movements... I don't know some people might say I'm crazy but I really o believe that stuff is real.

It is real. Try getting an EMF detector or do an EVP to confirm.
