Abdominal pain , any one have clue serious clues ?
looking for some insight on this one , 20 year old female with LRQ abdominal pain . Pain will come and go randomly " sharp pain " nothing makes it better or makes it worse . Pain can last seconds , mins , occasionally hours . Upon palpation abdomen is soft no Rigidity ,tenderness or rebound tenderness . Problem has been ongoing for 2 years , ultra, ct, and X-ray come back negative show nothing . Vitals are text book ,pt has had appendix removed no other medical history no current meds . Docs don't know what's causing the pain .
