Can I have my neighbour arrested for putting his trash in my bin?
So my neighbour is a pornwatcher and he always makes alot of noise when pleasuring himself as i can hear through the walls :P. I was just wondering if i can get him arrested for repeatedly throwing his rubbish bags in my bin becuase they always contain socks full of fluids and its disgusting and they stink! Ive asked him not to do it 63 times already but he wont and he just tells me to f*** off when i knock and ask him. Should i ring the police on him? and how long would the prison sentense be? life?

You should call or visit the police during routine business hours. There may or may not be something under criminal law that applies.
