What do guys look for in girls?

Okay so I am smart and I have a good personality I think. I have good hygiene and do my hair acceptionally. ( it doesn't always stay perfectly in place) I am not too tall or anything but I am a little chubby not really fat I just have a big butt and my belly pokes out a little. My teeth are mostly straight but I have pretty bad acne some times and my nose is kinda big. (some people tell me I remind them of a bird cuz of it.) but I think the whole good personality part could make up for it right??? Just wondering what guys really look for and what I might be able to change
