Why do atheists constantly ask for proof.....?
Of God existing when they can read the Bible, read the census forms the Romans conducted that are in the Vatican library, or rely on theories?
Science accepts that there must have been a creator for the big bang to have even become a theory. Science also accepts that life forms must have been created for us to be here now.
History says that nobody ever saw the big bang happen. Biology says that there is no evidence of DNA mutating to produce evolution in humans and nobody has ever witnessed the birth of a new species.
So all the science points at a creator and anything else is theory. The science might or might not be strong but it is proof, theory is not proof.
This isn't an argument involving the Bible, so please don't quote it when replying.
I thought this would be a simple question to answer. I studied what 'scientists' said about evolution and all any of them could say was 'observation'. None had any scientific backing for their claims and admitted it. That's why I said it here. When I said this isn't being asked about the Bible I look at the answers and it's in loads of the answers.
I don't know if people are trolling, having problems with the English language or are caught up in a world where they can't identify the difference between theorism (not to be confused with theism) and science.
Have checked through all the pieces you've pointed me to and it still mentions theory and assumption throughout. BTW, if I had asked the question about flies I wouldn't have said 'in humans'.
Science says that nothing can come from nothing, so must have a creator.

I constantly ask "Atheists" for proof but I never get any.

Atheists are just people who don't believe in any gods. We don't have to know all the answers to reject "a magic invisible being did it." However, I've done some research:
If you're thinking that some "census forms the Romans conducted that are in the Vatican library" somehow show that Jesus actually existed, I'd be very interested in seeing images of these forms. All reliable evidence points to Jesus Christ being just a myth. There is no reliable evidence that Jesus even existed, and significant evidence that he didn't. The evidence is in the Bible, the other religions of the time, and the lack of writings about Jesus by historians of the time.
You're rather confused about science, the Big Bang, and biology (including evolution). A scientific theory is a unifying concept that explains a large body of data. It is a hypothesis that has withstood the test of time and the challenge of opposing views. The Big Bang Theory and the Theory of Evolution are supported by extensive data. There is no reliable data supporting the some-god-did-it hypothesis, and especially not the Yahweh-did-it hypothesis.
It used to be that science couldn't answer the question about the origin of the universe or of the Big Bang, but that didn't mean we should make up an answer (such as a god) and say that it was the cause. Within the last few decades scientists have discovered some good answers. Of course, a scientific explanation is more complex than simply saying, "God did it."
Quantum mechanics shows that "nothing," as a philosophical concept, does not exist. There is always a quantum field with random fluctuations.
There are many well-respected physicists, such as Stephen Hawking, Lawrence Krauss, Sean M. Carroll, Victor Stenger, Michio Kaku, Alan Guth, Alex Vilenkin, Robert A.J. Matthews, and Nobel laureate Frank Wilczek, who have created scientific models where the Big Bang and thus the entire universe could arise from nothing but a random quantum vacuum fluctuation in the quantum field -- via natural processes.
I know that this doesn't make sense in our Newtonian experience, but it does in the realm of quantum mechanics and relativity. As Nobel laureate physicist Richard Feynman wrote, "The theory of quantum electrodynamics describes nature as absurd from the point of view of common sense. And it agrees fully with experiment. So I hope you can accept nature as she is — absurd."
For more, watch the video at the 1st link - "A Universe From Nothing" by theoretical physicist Lawrence Krauss, read an interview with him (at the 2nd link), get his new book (at the 3rd link), or read an excerpt from his book (at the 4th link).
There are extensive examples of DNA mutating to produce evolution - in humans and other animals. See the last 3 links.

I've read the Bible. It was the most ridiculouse thing I've ever read, yet people actually read and follow it? The world is incredibly stupid. To adress your points. I did not see Abraham Linchon get assasinated but does that mean it did not happen? Why are you speaking on behalf of Biology? At one point genes had to mutate due to exterior changes and random fluxiations. We don't have to witness it to know it happened. It is like a murder case. You find evidence and come to the best possible scenario. You have no understanding of what a scientific theory is. You know gravity is a theory right? Wihtout our understanding of evolution, we would not have most modern day medicines. Combating viruses is a form of evolution just in a really quik amount of time. Species don't mutate into some weird hybrid. It happens gradually, and the changes are so suddle you wouldn't even regonize it as a different species. You can belive what you want. But you are not going to force everyone to belive your nonsense.

the problem you seem to be having here is that you seem to be getting your information about what science says from creationists rather than from scientists
Science does not accept that there must have been a creator for there to have been a big bang. nor does it accept that the big bang was a unique event, nor the start of everything.
science does not accept that life forms must have been created, in fact it can demonstrate very clearly how they evolved, right the way from simple elements through RNA to single cellular lifeforms and on upwards to everything we see around us today, ourselves included.
Science has also been able to show that although nobody was there to see the big bang, there is much evidence of it.
Biology has demonstrated mutation of dna many many times, in fact experiments with fruit flies are routinely conducted to examine the mechanisms involved in this.
Science does not in any way point to the existence of a creator.
The only way in which science can be said to have failed to prove its point is that it has not so far been able to answer absolutely every single question about absolutely everything. But it is at least asking questions and working towards finding out the answers to the things it does not yet know.

"Why do atheists constantly ask for proof.....
Of God existing when they can read the Bible"?
Well Harry exists in the Harry Potter books too..
You really don't have any idea of evidence... let alone a reputable reference book.
Bibel is sentimental speculation and replacement theology at its finest lacking any meaningful philosophy that was had by the Judaism that reputedly spawned it.
AND, it's filled with lotsa ignorant mistakes:
Rabbits do not chew their own cud.
People can't float to the sky.
Rabbits do not have hoofs.
The Earth is not a circle.
The earth is not flat.
Pi does not equal 3.
Donkeys can't talk.
Bats are not birds.
Snakes can't talk.
The cure for leprosy is not rubbing birds blood all over a person.
Etc
Oh, and that bloke spending three days inside a fish is a bit suss, don't you think?
“How could the biblical authors, who were said to have been so close to God and what he knew, have been so ignorant.”
“Just think how insightful a book that actually came from a Creator would be...
Beautiful mathematics, comprehensive laws of physics, clear biology, consistent morality and ethics among other gems.
Instead we get a bizarre book on talking snakes, burning bushes, slaves, neolithic philosophy and a strange preoccupation with everyone's sex life”.

>when they can read the Bible
The Bible isn't proof of anything. It's the claim.
>read the census forms the Romans conducted that are in the Vatican library
Yes, because everyone has access to that and those certainly cannot be faked
>nobody has ever witnessed the birth of a new species.
Wrong. So many times wrong.

If distinct christians would discontinue attempting to transform atheists or attack atheists for no longer believing then I feel that many atheists would stop asking questions like that. There'll perpetually be men and women on each side who will maintain asking imply or silly questions. Nevertheless, I believe a are living and let are living philosophy could be an excellent thought. You're talking about not pointing fingers, but did not with the finger pointing on this question?

This post is an excellent example of why we ask for proof. You make a lot of claims here but provide absolutely no evidence.
Believe it or not a lot of atheists have read the Bible, myself included. There are some good parts in it, but it is mainly garbage.
Science does not "accept" that there must be a creator. Proof please.
Obviously nobody saw the big bang, however there is more than adequate evidence that points to it happening. Look up "cosmic background radiation" for example.
Biology has accumulated a vast mountain of evidence that evolution did actually happen.
No, all science does not point to a creator. Again, proof please.

Most atheist have read the bible, there is no historical records of a census conducted during Jesus's lifetime. Furthermore, science does not accept that there must be a creator, just that there was a process through which this was formed. Finally, your argument that there is no evidence of DNA mutating is false.
Please read actual science books instead of biased christian websites that do not know what they are talking about. All of your claims are unsupported.

I only ask for proof when a Christian demands I believe in and follow their God.
Um, please see the first and last sentence of your details. You claim the Bible is proof and then say this isn't an argument involving the Bible? In any case, the Bible is a collection of stories written by men, which doesn't prove anything.
Oh, and I read the Bible - twice - and even took some Bible study classes for awhile to develop a better understanding of it.
The balance of your claims are just plain false.

We have seen new species evolving we have made completely new species of flies. Science does not accept what you said it does including that there has to be a creator or that we are creating. JUst like you said historically no one saw the big bang (which did happen 13.7 billion years ago regardless of wheather you believe a god or gods started it) so no one knows wheather a god made the big bang, Do you even know what science or the scientific method is? Biology is entirely based on evolution, every biologist agrees it happened. You're a ****
