Online translations doesn't tell me much more then something about a stalker...

    Lahat tau may kakilalang John Micheal - Everyone of us knows a certain John Micheal.

    nan-John lng kapag Michael-angan (Not really tagalog but a pun) - means He's only there when he needs something.

    Pero Kapag ikaw na ang nangangailangan, c John Michael di mo maasahan - But if you're the one in need, You can't count on John Michael.
