I want a one month workout plan that works!?

I can't buy any special program it needs to be on the Internet! I want to lose 10 lbs in the month so that is 2 lbs a week. Reasonable. I am cutting out all just food, sodas, white bread (I don't want a lecture about bread!), candy, chips, and baked goodies. I will eat healthy all I need now is a workout plan. I am gonna go walking every day for AT LEAST 10 minutes. Now I just need a toning thing. I don have weights and undone intent to buy any it needs to be something that I won't need equipment for. Please let it prove to work too! Include a link if it is on a website! PLEASE HELP

    if you want to lose weight try jogging or bike riding for at least 30 minutes. it you dont sweat you wont lose weight.plus low calorie diet.

    you should just run instead of walking there are some programs that id reccomend to men but not to women cause they dont gain as much muscle mass as guys do no offense
