I need a 1 month workout plan that works!?
I can't buy any special program it needs to be on the Internet! I want to lose 10 lbs in the month so that is 2 lbs a week. Reasonable. I am cutting out all just food, sodas, white bread (I don't want a lecture about bread!), candy, chips, and baked goodies. I will eat healthy all I need now is a workout plan. I am gonna go walking every day for AT LEAST 10 minutes. Now I just need a toning thing. I don have weights and undone intent to buy any it needs to be something that I won't need equipment for. Please let it prove to work too! Include a link if it is on a website! PLEASE HELP

eat a bowl of cereal for breakfast every morning. a small piece of fish or chicken with a fruit and vegetables for lunch and a pb and j sandwich every night for dinner and lots and lots of water everyday.. and walk for half hour at least every day and do 100 or more sit ups a day split up 50 times each twice. a day and do some leg lifts and but crunches as many as you muscles will let you. and maybe dance to music for 10 minutes a day for cardio.. I had that schedule and ate that diet every single day for 3 months and lost 49 lbs in that time. I don't know how well it will work for you but it worked very well for me. so if you break it down it came to about 15-16 lbs a month.. but I also weighed about 185 when I started. if your already pretty skinny when you start it takes longer. and also I did this about 3 months after i had my baby so it might work different for you. but just thought I'd let you know it worked amazingly for me :) hope this helps :) good luck

You look tremendous. eat 1200-1400 energy an afternoon. Drink an comprehensive gallon of water an afternoon and a 1/2 gallon of milk on a daily basis. you'd manage to lose 30-40 lbs. doing that and the exercising.
