Does anyone know of a monthly workout plan that works?
I can't buy any special program it needs to be on the Internet! I want to lose 10 lbs in the month so that is 2 lbs a week. Reasonable. I am cutting out all junk food, sodas, white bread (I don't want a lecture about bread!), candy, chips, and baked goodies. I will eat healthy all I need now is a workout plan. I am gonna go walking every day for AT LEAST 10 minutes. Now I just need a toning thing. I don have weights and undone intent to buy any it needs to be something that I won't need equipment for. Please let it prove to work too! Include a link if it is on a website! PLEASE HELP
