Hi, please check my translation (I used Google) and correct any errors you may find. Translating from English to Tagalog. Thanks. (Literal translation or a more correct translation is ok. I just want the general idea presented in Tagalog).

English:
We all also have our mistakes. Recognizing them is sometimes very hard. But the will to go on, to learn from them, and change, defines a person. Sometimes the hardest thing to see is right under your nose.

Tagalog:
Namin ang lahat ng rin ang aming mga pagkakamali.Kinikilala kanila ay minsan napakahirap.Ngunit ang pumunta sa, upang matuto mula sa kanila, at pagbabago, tumutukoy ng isang tao.Minsan ang hardest bagay upang makita sa ilalim ng iyong ilong.

Recognizing them is sometimes very hard = ang kilalanin ito kung minsan ay sadyang mahirap (you could also say "ang aminin ito minsan ay sadyang mahirap")
But the will to go on, to learn from them, and change, defines a person = ngunit ang kakayahan/kanaisan magpatuloy, ang matuto sa mga ito at pagbabago, ang nagbibigay kahulugan sa isang tao 
Sometimes the hardest thing to see is right under your nose = kung minsan ang pinakamahirap na makitang bagay is right under your nose

*if you will notice i didn't translate the word "right under your nose", it will be akward to your listener if you will say it in tagalog. but literally it means "nasa ilalim ng iyong ilong" in tagalog

you could change your sentence into this:
* Sometimes the hardest thing to see is right in front of you = kung minsan ang pinakamahirap na makitang bagay ay ang mismong nasa harapan mo
