If I get scammed off Ebay, will I get my money back?

NO scam on eBay unless they scammed you.

But no worries , if you pay through eBay or Paypal.. You are protected. You can definitely get your money back.

but lets say you paid with check or cash..??? we might have a little problem with this.

And it has only been 1 day you said? So, Probably the seller takes about 1 to 3 business day to ship the item.. No worries because you are protected.

Try contacting the seller ...

look the feed back he has...

if it zero feedback, hmmm...

if it 99.% .. hmmm

try to work this thing out with the seller , if no response from the seller...

I believe you are going to - a buddy of mine buys from ebay all the time utilising paypal - he had two complaints and his money have been refunded you could most normally find extra info on their (paypal) website online - I consider they've some minimal or highest amounts that they may be able to refund and another conditions but for one hundred forty kilos you should have no predicament

Report it to ebay. They will investigate the case or if you paid with paypal, go to their support. It will take about 5-10 days.

After 4 days if they do not provide tracking information you can file a dispute with Ebay. Don't delay. The sooner you file the sooner you can get your money back

Not unless you tell them your taking legal action and they just do happen to give it back. Contact eBay and tell them what happened

if you paid outside the ebay/paypals system, you have no recourse.
