Is an Xbox360 with the "red ring of death" worth anything?

What I was wondering, specifically, was if the system would be worth anything to a business that sells used games and systems and such? Would they be able to get the system fixed? So, would the business owner be willing to pay any money for a broken Xbox360 with the red ring of death... and if so, how much??

    About 30-45 dollars depending on how new it is and how the outer condition is.

    U can sell the console leaving the motherboard coz only the motherboard is affected
