What is the best Android tablet right now?

I need a cheap one i seen the galaxy tab 2 7inch one and I've seen the nexus 7 but it doesn't have an sd card slot i really want a quad core tablet with a high pixel density somewhere around the IPad 3s everyone list the top 3 spec Android tablets right Now and one you would recommend for me and it doesn't have to be one from the top 3 list the only reason i'm asking for the top 3 spec Android tablets is so i know what's the best right now. Can someone tell me when new tablets are coming out especially samsungs. I like that Samsung tab 2 7in but it doesn't run jelly bean and the CPU isn't great its a dual core 1ghz. the top phones out right now are faster then that. Is there a Samsung tab 3 coming out? My budget is in the 200s
