Nope. As I said before she only a marriage candidate in the PS2 version. Which means she is not available for marriage in the Gamecube version. So there is a reason everyone says that, it is because it is true. The game makers did not consider making Lumina marriageable until after the Gamecube version was already made and done. That is why it is only a feature in the PS2 version which came out afterwards.

So to be clear Lumina is absolutely 100% not a marriage candidate in the Gamecube version. The game was made to have three bride options Muffy, Celia, and Nami. That is it and there is no way to change it. She can have a little crush on your MC but you can never have a romantic relationship with her. Even if you befriend her and she really likes your character you cannot marry her. You will just have to marry Celia, Muffy, or Nami.
