Mc donalds monopoly question?

Let's use Boardwalk and Park Place, whatever the numbers are... The thing IS... there are MANY Park Place tickets, but only ONE Boardwalk (maybe TWO, spaced far apart in time, assuming the 1st one was "lost". They have to limit the number of winners for the big prizes. As a result of the ONE or a FEW tickets thing, there may be NO winner! It is possible the person who gets Boardwalk will inadvertently throw it away! Nothing says you have to PL:AY the game! So, you MAY get the winning ticket, but if you simply throw away the drink cup or whatever has the ticket ON it, you never know... I do not play the game, and the last time I was in McDonald's, I tossed everything in the trash. Which included several tickets... Who knows? Unless someone went through the garbage looking for unwanted tickets, those that I tossed COULD have been the big winners... So, just look at the ones you have NOW, after several visits and see which ones are duplicated often. THOSE are the losers. When I played this game a while back, I saved every ticket, so I knew which were the losers by how many of each I had. Then, it was obvious WHICH were the big ticket winners. They are NOT stupid... they are NOT going to publish a whole lot of Boardwalks!

A couple of years ago, there was a problem with the computer system that runs our state lottery. It inadvertently printed a huge number of winners through a bug in the program! Not a problem, except for one thing, the prize money was divided among the winners, so instead of one person getting a million dollars, a million people got a dollar... Talk about embarrassing...
