Im a gamer and I have noticed whenever I see black and white on a screen bits of green pop up but it's only in my eyes, is this from gaming or is it just nothing.

It sounds simply like a light stain. I'm not sure what the scientific term is, but if you stare at something white, then look away, you will see a green imprint. Nothing major.
But, if you're worried or are having pain or blurred vision, you should always see a doctor.
