samsung kies not working .why?

i have downloaded samsung kies from samsung.com & try to install it but not succeeded.i dont understand why.i tried 2 times.what can be the reason

    Insted of Kies use AirDroid. Its excellent.. Kies is not good

    Don't use Samsung Kies. It's just a waste. I've used it and it sucks.
