Can I get a high school diploma after getting my GED?

I have a GED, which I got March this year at 17, but after some strange experiences realize that another year in high school to get my diploma would allow me to save more money for college and just help me be a better person overall. Is there any way to work on my high school diploma or would it even be beneficial?

    Waste of time, you should have thought of that before (there's a reason education is structured the way it is).

    Just work for a year or go to college and learn to be a better person there. You made your choice, move forward.
