I need to know a good costume for a 14 year old?

Question

I don't want anything slutty. And I especially don't want anything dorky! I'm putting as much emphasis on that as I can. It can't be too expensive. I prefer something I can just buy a bunch of things and put it together. But I don't want to sew or paint anything. Please help. Oh and it might be cold so It can be warm. I really like tu tu's though so I would wear one of those. Please help. Ideally don't want anything dorky so rule out witches vampires laidy bugs crayons hunger games nerds and pretty much anything else like that

Have him/her wear a baseball cap with a string taped to the front of the cap. Tape a leaf at the end of the string. Now he/she can be a leaf-blower
