Where do I go from here?
I am incredibly down at the minute. My girlfriend and I have been together a long time and always been savers. We own a house and have a daughter. I have had a bad back for over 10 years and recently it has caused me to stop working. We are entitled to no benefits as my girlfriend earns to much. Our savings have completely gone and the nhs have said they are not prepared to do anything I have spent a lot on private treatment already and we have now run out. Borrowing is not an option. I am literally on my last legs. What the **** can I do?

Hey at least your girlfriend is working! I am a broke college student taking out my first loan, my first road to "debt". You can't make ends meet with what your girlfriend makes? If you go to school you can probably get financial aid.
