Don't know what to do about my weight.?
I am happily married. My husband loves me and treats me so good. We have 4 wonderful daughters (ages 8, 20 months, and 6 month old twins). When we first met I was much much smaller than I am now. I've gained weight over the last 4 years and I feel like a huge huge cow. With all the babies I cant really find time to exercise on top of all the other responsibilities. When I diet, I become moody and irritable and I don't cook (I LOVE to cook and my husband loves my cooking). I hate being this size, but I hate the way I am when I diet, too. My husband loves me no matter what. He never looks at other women or says mean things to me. He doesn't care what size I am! Should I just live my life big and be happy and stop mourning over my body? Should I continue to torture myself to lose weight when my husband doesn't even care one way or the other?

In my opinion (and this is just me, so keep that in mind), I would first venture to ask if you are overweight. If you are overweight... Then yes, torture yourself. It is not healthy for you, and once you get to the point where you have a healthy BMI then you're fine. I never exercise either, but I'll tell you what helps me... Just say no to any beverage with sugar. No sugar in tea or coffee, no soda, no juice, no beer. No milk. Drink water. Take walks as much as you can. It doesn't have to be intense exercise to make a difference. Take your ideal body weight (ex. 130) and multiply it by 10 (1300) and add however much you burn per day in exercise (me its almost nothing, prob like 300- so now our total is 1600). Ok, thats how many calories you can have per day. Just eat a buttload of empty calories like celery and apples if you feel like you need to eat more. Salad, bell peppers (I love this snack), etc.
Its awesome your husband is so great. Its nice that you are happy together. I hope you can drop the weight you've gained without too much torture and get back to your happy, self confident self. Good luck.
