Where is the fuel pump resistor in a 1998 Buick Regal?

Shop says it's a 225 dollar repair. I want to do it myself to save the labor cost.

It's in the wheel well between the windshield washer fluid reservoir and the inner fender. It's only in the supercharged models. It takes about an hour and a half and the part is about 80 bucks from the dealer. As far as I know it's a dealer only part. Before you change it check and make sure the washer tank doesn't leak. The resistor is less than a half inch from it and if it leaks the water might be what took it out. The plug for it is clipped the the body down behind the right headlight It should have a light green and a light grey wire on the input side and 2 black wires on coming out if the other side. You can test it but unplugging it and jumping the green and grey wires together. If the car runs that's the problem. But it will run like crap if you drive it like that. The pump has a high speed and a low speed. The high speed for when the supercharger is working.
