If you get a tattoo now it will look terrible by the time you are 25. Your body still has lots of growing and changing to do and that will ruin your tattoo. Any tattoo artist that will tattoo a 14 year old is a tattoo artist that you shouldnt trust. It will be a very very big mistake to get a tattoo before your 20!!!!! Boo to your mom for saying it is okay! :-(

I doubt you will be able to find a professional artist anywhere in the USA that will tattoo a 14 year old with or without parent consent. Most won't even tattoo anyone under 18.

You can't legally get one. Even with your mom's consent, no state will allow you to get a tattoo. It's a myth that your parents can sign a waiver, at least in most states. Even then, those states make it 16, not 14. You usually have to be 18, regardless of any piece of paper or parental consent.
So, you'll have to wait a little bit. Just more time to decide, though.

U should get a tattoo that means something to u. Otherwise, the tattoo u get will make u regret it later on. Maybe birds for peace. Something that symbolizes on your life.

and THIS is why 14yr old children shouldn't get tattoos.
what you need to do is figure out exactly what YOU want.
WE cannot tell you what to get.
after you have figured it out i'd wait a year and look at what you've come up with every single day and if you don't change it in a year THEN get a tattoo of it.
