I am thoroughly convinced that the efficacy or strength of my xanax is poor due to the manufacturer ive heard?
i am hoping to get some feedback from either pharmacy tech or someone in the medical field.been on same dosage since 2001 now,and have consulted my doctor and dont know if there is a (without name dropping)a way to go about questioning or testing as i know its beyond the control of my reputable big chain pharmacy....

Mildred is correct. It is not the drug, it is you. In time you build up a tolerance to xanax and it stops working as well as it used to.

You have taken this for a long time, so you have developed tolerance. Only a higher dosage will help you.
Generic drugs have to go through the same rigorous standards as the brand name.
