How to get my stolen Yu-Gi-Oh cards back?
Okay, so last Thursday one of my friends asked if I had any Yugioh cards. I said yes, and he asked me if I could bring them to school so he can check them out and trade with me. I said sure, and I brought them on Friday. The only thing I brought was a book filled with cards (all my rare and good ones) In History class, I pulled them out and let him see them. After a few minutes, he gave me the book back. I slipped it into my backpack. At the end of the class, I looked into my backpack, the book was GONE.
So I asked the kid if he had them. He said no. I reached my hand inside his backpack (cause he sits behind me and hes the only person who would've taken them) and he pushed me away. I wasn't about to fight somebody, so I let it be. He started acting "Worried" for me. He started trying to 'help' me find the book, but really, it was a cover up so it seemed like he didn't have my cards, but he really did.
So I went and told the office what happened and his name. They called him up and he let the office search his backpack and locker, they were no where to be found. I know what he did, though. He passed the book to a friend and THEN let the office search him so he SEEMS innocent.
This is what the book looks like: http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/51GWRxx13CL....
The kid has C Lunch, and that's where he plays YuGiOh with his friends. I'm thinking about skipping class and going to his lunch table to see whats up and get my dang cards back. Is that a good idea or am I just looking for more trouble?
I really, really need these cards back and it's killing me knowing that some sneaky kid who was trying to be friends with me only to steal my cards gets to enjoy them.
Any tips on what I can do to get the book of cards back?

I was playing with a friend in my high school cafeteria a few years ago. One kid who sat beside me kept taunting and teasing me and saying ''Mohammed, you should be more careful of what's next to you'' and kept taking cards in his hands and I asked him to give them back. When I went home, I noticed I had 49 cards in my deck, but the pack of sleeves came as 50. So that in itself means a card was missing. Until today I haven't found it at home, and the card was a 1st edition Mirror Force from the Metal Raiders series with a small bend about half an inch in width either in the card image or overlapping the image and text, or maybe just in the text area. That card rightfully belongs to me, and has probably been given to someone else who probably sold it to somebody else for money, knowing full-well it was mine. It was from the first pack of Yu-Gi-Oh! cards my brother ever bought me, well rather it came in one of the two Metal Raiders packs that were bought for me when I was 6. It's been over six years since I've last seen or had it, and I hope that I'm wrong and stumble upon it somewhere in my house where I used to keep my Yu-Gi-Oh! cards, because it means a lot to me, has a lot of sentimental value, and is irreplaceable by any other copy or better card. If I'm right, and that person has it, or they person they gave it to has it, then only God knows what they've done.
