Stomach pain, nausea, headache and somewhat cramps?

For the last 4-5 days ive been having off and on nausea. Cramping near my stomach and left hip, really bad headaches on one side. and now im getting a sharp pain near the left side of my belly button.

I am a female but im almost certain I'm not pregnant. Im on BC (never missed a pill for 1.5yrs now) and we use condoms.

I don't know what this is, but its causing me to not be able to focus now.

any suggestions on what it might be?

I was thinking appendicitis but they say that pains on the right side

    I am thinking it might be appendicitis too, You should check with a doctor with these kinds of symptoms that you are having to be on the safe side.
