I had this with my first pregnancy in the last month of my third trimester. I took liquid gavison which was vile but the only thing that worked. Gavison now do tablets that you can suck like a lozenge. They are just as effective as the liquid but taste alright. You can get a little packet for home & a handy little plastic box that you can take out & about with you. Very handy if you're suffering with heartburn. Hope you're feeling better soon.
