Question about American Tv seasons?
I'm not living in America, so excuse my lack of knowledge.
I usually keep up to date with Family Guy the first two episodes were broadcast in two weeks. But the next isn't scheduled to broadcast until the 11th of November over a month after the previous episode, why do Fox do this? Why not have episodes on on a regular basis? There are weeks that are skipped and it's quite annoying when I think there's going to be a new episode.

Well the reason right now Family guy hasn't been airing is because of the baseball world series playoffs which is airing on Fox.
And all tv networks here in the US, they only have a certain amount of episodes (around 20-24) they have to air from September to mid May,Most Fall Shows end their seasons in May.So they need to spread out the episodes so the season lasts longer
