not possible. The prefix is outdated really now anyway. You would be making a false statement by saying you are female.

Im currently Mr X but if i changed my title by deed poll (UK) i would be Miss X and this makes my insurance more than 50% cheeper for my car? Think its possible and/or worth it?

It's possible to change your title to Miss. All you would have to do is inform people of your new title (you wouldn't need to change your title by deed poll, because it's not legally a part of your name).

However, if you misled an insurance company as to your gender (i.e. for a financial gain), you would be committing fraud. Don't do it!
