Can't remember the name of this product.?

I used to get this pasta mix that came in a jar (I think by Prego) that you just poured over dry noodles added water and cheese then baked. Can't seem to find it anymore and can't for the life of me remember the exact name. Anyone remember?

The only name that springs to mind is "Pasta Bake", I've got a jar in my cupboard made by Dolmio, but there are several different brand names available (here in the UK).

    Ragu Delicious Meal Discoveries:

You can substitute with any (28oz.) jar of (tomato based) Pasta Sauce or pasta of your choice. Regular Ricotta can be used just Add 1-2 Tablespoons Water to Egg for Additional Moisture. Serve with Italian sausage on side or 1# ground Italian sausage fried and drained, add as an additional layer.

    Three Cheese Baked Ziti

    1 container (15oz.) part-skim Ricotta cheese

    2 eggs beaten

    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 box (16oz.) Ziti pasta cooked and drained

1 jar (28oz.) Ragu Pasta Sauce

    1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese,

    (about 4oz.)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl combine Ricotta cheese, eggs and Parmesan cheese, set aside. In another bowl thoroughly combine Pasta and Ragu Pasta Sauce. In 13"x9" baking dish, (Optional, spoon the sausage meat into bottom of pan); spoon 1/2 of the pasta mixture; evenly to with cheese mixture; then remaining pasta mixture. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Bake 30 minutes or until heated through. (I find it can be an additional 5-10, min. longer, keep an eye on, do not over bake, will be lightly browned and bubbling). Serve if desired, with additional heated pasta sauce.

    Enjoy!
