My period symptoms have been getting worse?
I am 16 and i started my period about 3 years ago. I never used to have any symptoms at all and it was really just a painless period. No big deal. But within the past 8-9 months or so i have started to get symptoms and they have gotten worse with every period that comes. My period always comes a week later than when it came the month before and my period itself has basically stayed the same. Only the symptoms have progressed. I get extremely depressed and just cry all the time when i get it now and i have serious anger issues and i think my hormones are just out of control. Also my ovaries KILLLLLL!!! Its not even a cramping feeling, its a soar feeling. As if someone has punched them and they just ache like hell. To the point where i was in school today and i couldn't even walk straight. I had to have my dad come pick me up from school :/ I also get really bloated as if there is water or some liquid in my lower abdomen and it makes my stomach stick out as if im pregnant. I am not on any meds or the pill. And yes....i had sex ONCE. please dont call me a whore or any of that or judge me. It was once with someone i have been dating for 2 years now and it was like 7 months ago and protection was used. It was about the same time my symptoms started showing up.
Bottom line...im just scared and dont know what to do. Does anything fix these symptoms? The pill? The doctors? i just need some advice from someone with similar experiences.
My boobs also hurt super bad like a week before. Like i can hardly wear a bra cause it hurts so much

I don't see how sex would have anything to do with this. Menstrual cramps developing about two years from the first period are pretty normal, as far as I'm aware. However if it's so bad, it might also be a sign of some kind of health problem, and anyway you need to seek a way to relieve the pain, so I suggest you visit your gynecologist.
Apart from the usual warmth and painkillers, one thing that might help is St John's wort tea. Two cups a day, throughout the whole month.
