Drove my car through partially flooded area now it wont cut on, any possible solutions?

Some water for inside the car and right after the incident the car would at least click and not turn over click. 12 hours later it won't even cut on and jumping the battery didn't help. Do I need a to let it dry? A new battery? Or something more extensive? Please Help

    You probably got a mix of water and oil in your engine. Minimum of oil change flush. Call repair shop you trust. Tow truck.
