weight lose on cross trainer?
i have been doing 10k on the cross trainer everyday it take me around 30 mins sometimes less if i really kick it. i have also been on a diet.when will i start seeing results.only been doing it for 6 days so far.

It depends on many factors really. you should weigh yourself once a week at the same time of day (i.e. first thing when woken up, either before or after you go to the loo.)
You should notice a progressive weight loss of around 3lb per week for a healthy routine (depending on your current size).
I find if you try not to look at yourself in the mirror too much and you will suddenly start to notice a huge difference....usually 2-4 weeks.

Cross trainer is mostly for toning your legs.
Give it some more weeks & you'll see the results :)
