Drove my car through partially flooded area now it wont cut on, any possible solutions?
Some water for inside the car and right after the incident the car would at least click and not turn over click. 12 hours later it won't even cut on and jumping the battery didn't help. Do I need a to let it dry? A new battery? Or something more extensive?

Without knowing what kind of car you're referring to, the year, make, model and engine size, at a minimum, all anyone can do is guess at the problem.
It makes a difference if you've got fuel injection, a high energy ignition or solid state ignition.
Please provide some useful information and someone may be able to give you some good direction as to what to attempt in order to get your car running again.

assuming the engine itself didn't gulp any water,
prolly need to pull the starter. spray some WD-40 into it. on the motor and sol if you can.
otherwise,
just a guess as IDK the vehicle in question,
if it got into the cab, check the fuse panels for moisture. you can liberally spray the fuse box as well.

let dry for a while, maybe the starter got wet and possibly shorted a fusible link out also the distributor is wet and not firing.,,,,,,,

I've heard of cranking, turning over, firing, and just clicking, but WTF is cut on?
